Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Who we are
DigiAgency ("DigiAgency", "we", "us", or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. We are registered at Ascom Sabang, Jl. H. Agus Salim No.57, Kelurahan Kebon Sirih, Kecamatan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, 10340, Indonesia, and we operate the website digiagency.net. If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal information, you can reach us at digiagency.net@gmail.com.
What information we collect
We collect only the personal information that you choose to give us through the forms on our website, plus a small piece of information your browser stores locally to remember your cookie preference, and -- only if you consent -- data collected through analytics tools. Specifically, we collect:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us
- Newsletter signup form: your email address
- Cookie consent choice: a record, saved as a single entry in your browser's local storage, of whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner
- Analytics data: if you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which may collect information about how you use our site (such as pages visited and general usage patterns). This never happens unless you accept.
We do not collect any other personal information through these forms, and we do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools beyond what is described in this policy, and only with your consent where required.
How we use your information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- Contact form details, meaning your name, email, phone number, and message: to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you have asked about
- Newsletter email address: to send you the updates you have opted in to receive
- Cookie consent choice: to remember your preference so we do not show you the cookie banner again on future visits
- Analytics data (only if you consent): to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for processing your personal information. Depending on the purpose, we generally rely on the following:
- Consent: for sending you newsletter updates, for remembering your cookie preference, and for any analytics data collected through Google Tag Manager, we rely on the choice you actively make (subscribing, or responding to our cookie banner). You may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: for responding to messages you send us through the contact form, we generally rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who reach out to us, in a way that does not override your own rights and interests.
If you believe a different legal basis should apply to a specific processing activity, or would like more detail, please contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the following parties, and only as needed to run our website and provide our services:
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, which hosts our website and our self-hosted Strapi backend and the MySQL database where contact form and newsletter submissions are stored
- Google Tag Manager, only if you accept our cookie banner; it may load additional Google tools such as Google Analytics, which process usage data under Google's own privacy policy
- Wistia, only if and when you actively choose to click play on the promotional video embedded on our homepage; playing the video loads the Wistia player, which may set its own cookies and collect video-viewing analytics under Wistia's own privacy policy
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on our website; loading these fonts may cause your device's IP address to be logged by Google when your browser requests the font files, under Google's own privacy policy
We do not share your information with any other third party, including advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.
International data transfers
Some of the providers we use to run our website and services -- described above under "Who we share your information with" -- may process data outside of your own country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures, to help protect your information. If you have questions about a specific transfer, please contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.
How long we keep your information
We do not apply a fixed, automatic retention or deletion schedule to the personal information we collect. We keep contact form and newsletter submissions for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and we delete them upon a verified request from you.
Your rights
If data protection law applies to you, such as the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to have inaccurate personal information corrected, known as rectification
- The right to request that we delete your personal information, known as erasure
- The right to request that we restrict how we process your personal information
- The right to object to our processing of your personal information
- The right to receive the personal information you provided to us in a portable format, known as data portability
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time, where our processing is based on consent
- The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at digiagency.net@gmail.com.
Cookies
We use a small entry in your browser's local storage, not a server-side cookie, to remember whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner. If you accept, we also load Google Tag Manager, which may set additional cookies for analytics. Third-party services such as Wistia may set their own cookies if you choose to click play on the video embedded on our homepage. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at digiagency.net@gmail.com so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date below reflects the latest version of this policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically. This policy is effective as of August 23, 2026.
